There you are with a lovely nail polish that would look nice if only you can steady your hand and not paint on the skin around your nails. You wish you knew a how to get a perfect manicure and not make a mess.

The Vaseline Nail Polish Trick

What You Need:

Vaseline (or any good petrolatum cream )

Q-tip

How to Get a Perfect Manicure:

1.) Dab the Q-tip in the Vaseline or cream

2.) Carefully wipe Q-tip on the skin around your nails, being careful not to get it on your actual nail bed

3.) Now go ahead and paint your nails as usual

4.) Wait for polish to dry

5.) Use a new Q-tip to clean up any spillover of polish or Vaseline residue

Putting Vaseline around your nails will keep your polish from getting onto your skin, leaving you with a perfect manicure every time.
